Event Description:
The race is a 500-yard pool swim, 13-mile bike** and 2-mile run. The SWIM will be FRIDAY NIGHT between 4:00-8:00 pm at the Asotin County Family Aquatic Center in Clarkston, WA. We have a handicap for those that do not swim (See website for details). Swim is also offered in Spokane. The second day of the race starts at 10:00 am. The Bike is an out an out and back going out Tammany Creek Road and turning around about a half mile EAST past the Rockin' Y Arena (turn around at Rosenkrantz Rd). The run is also out and back, going out 1 mile from bike transition area (North) on the levees and returning to the finish line.

BIKE/RUN 5100 Hells Gate Rd, Lewiston, ID 83501 SWIM Asotin County Family Aquatic Center in Clarkston Washington. Located at 1603 Dustan Loop ALTERNATIVE SWIM LOCATIONS Benewah Health/Medical Center. This is in Plummer, Idaho (south of Coeur d'Alene). there is a $6 guest fee to do your swim there AND you must notify Coach Collins of your intent to swim in Plummer. Address: 1100 A Street. Swim time: 4-7 pm SPOKANE FITNESS CENTER $5 fee to do swim there, payable upon arriving and you must notify Coach Collins of your intent to swim at the Center Address: 110 West Price Ave Swim Time: 4-7 pm
