2016 LC Valley Down & Dirty Mud Run
Down and Dirty is not just about getting grimy. Net proceeds from this year's race will go directly to two great area nonprofits- the Lewiston Independent Foundation for Education, and the Liberty Theater Preservation Alliance. Consider this your official invitation to join the mud and mayhem- to run, jump, hop, crawl, bounce, and splash your way to the finish line alongside brave and adventurous neighbors from across the Inland Northwest.
This year's race will be 4 miles in length and include at least 15 obstacles.
Entrants age 10 and younger should compete in the Mini-Mudder.
NEW ELITE HEAT! We've added an "Elite" heat this year for those who take this stuff seriously. HEAT 1 (9 a.m.) is set aside for competitve athletes, male and female, who want to go head-to-head with the best. Entrants in the Elite Heat should be 16 and older. Limit is 50 in the heat.
NEW YOUTH ONLY HEAT! Runners age 11-15 (or younger athletes physically capable of running alone) can compete on the big course at discounted rate of $30. Be sure to register for HEAT 5. (Youth choosing to compete with a parent will need to register in same heat as their parent at full price, then email mudrun@lmtribune.com to request a refund of the full price.
