Please help us in welcoming Angela Y. Davis, nationally known scholar and activist, as the keynote speaker at the 28th annual MLK Community Celebration at Washington State University. Angela Y. Davis is a Distinguished Professor Emerita of History of Consciousness and Feminist Studies at University of California, Santa Cruz. She is also an internationally known activist from the 1960s and 1970s. This event also includes presentations of the MLK Distinguished Service Awards.
