4th of July celebration & Mutt Strut

Moscow Parks and Recreation invites everybody to join us at Friendship Square as we celebrate Independence Day. They start with the Presentation of colors, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance, the National Anthem, and a reading of the Declaration of Independence. After that, the celebrations goes to the dogs as they invite Moscow's pooches to get decked out in their most patriotic red, white, and blue and strut their stuff in our annual Mutt Strut! Best dressed pups will win prizes!
