Taught by instructor Max Manjit of Tillis-Kitchen, the series will serve as an introduction to Indian Cuisine and will include information on how geography has dictated flavors in India. It will also touch on Indian culture and the inter-play with Ayurveda medicines that date back 5000 years. Classes are a blend of information and cooking instruction. The instructor will provide demonstrations and instructions on how to cook a variety of regional healthy vegetarian and non-vegetarian snacks, entrees and desserts. Participants will get to sample all of the dishes made each month.
