Stop by the Moscow Chamber of Commerce on Thursday, June 20th to learn more about 3D Chalk Art. This will be Chris Carlson's third year coming to Moscow to create 3D Chalk Art on the sidewalk in front of the Chamber. Come learn about his process at 5:30 p.m. and see the progress of this years design before it is revealed at the 2019 Artwalk!
