Led practice with Nancy Burtenshaw (E-RYT 200/ RYT 500). Asana Junkies is a practice project designed by Christina Sell, one of Nancy's Favorite Teachers, to help experienced practitioners skillfully journey to more advanced poses. You do not need to be able to do advanced poses to join, you must have a desire to work hard and to explore your boundaries in a fun and supportive environment.
