Dutch Oven Artisan Bread with Bruschetta, Herb Gorgonzola Crusted Artichokes with Hatch Chili Cheese Dipping Sauce, Beef Butternut Squash Stew with Pearl Cous Cous, and a Salted Caramel Apple Mosaic Tarte.
Each class will teach you easy techniques for food preparation along with providing a generous tasting of each prepared dish, so come hungry. For all classes we invite participants 21 & up to bring your own wine to enjoy with the food. We will provide glassware and expect alcohol to be consumed responsibly. Participants will receive 10% off any purchase during the private in-store shopping experience following each class.
A one-week notice is required to cancel enrollment in any class otherwise a refund will not be granted. Classes are subject to cancelation or rescheduling.
