Bluegrass Comes to Dahmen Barn
Event Description:
The Dahmen Barn’s Summer Concert Series will close with a bang on Friday, August 28 with a bluegrass performance by Nu-Blu from North Carolina. The group brings its lively and entertaining version of Americana-bluegrass music to audiences across the nation year-round. Their sound acknowledges the traditional institutions that have shaped it, yet is innovative and daring enough to bring a fresh sparkle to contemporary acoustic music that lands them squarely in the forefront of bands blazing the trail in Americana entertainment. Tickets are sold only at the door; admission is $15. Doors open at 6:15 with the performance beginning at 7:00pm.
Artisans at the Dahmen Barn is a non-profit creativity center in Uniontown on highway 195 in the big white barn behind the famous iron wheel fence.
