CMD hosts career exploration for students 16-22 with disabilities, creates and inclusive diverse workforce, dispels fears abut hiring people with disabilities and increases student confidence by fostering mentoring. Event includes orientation breakfast, hands on job shadowing, luncheon and speakers.
