City of Moscow breaks ground on City Hall Wisescape demonstration garden

The City of Moscow will begin installation of a Wisescape demonstration garden. The City of Moscow established the Wisescape concept in 2008 to promote water-efficient landscaping on the Palouse. Wisescape concepts include landscape design aesthetics, reduction of resource use such as water and maintenance costs, soil enhancements, and plant selection.  
The City of Moscow is extremely grateful and would like to thank the many businesses and individuals who have donated time, funds, plants and equipment to this project.
