We begin with 45 minutes of juicy heart-opening vinyasa & evocative music, laying the groundwork for tomorrow's deeper backbends & inversions. We then flow our way into 45 minutes of quiet restorative yin. We conclude with stillness meditation & Yoga Nidra to prepare the soil and set the seeds for transformation.
