Event Description:
If you or someone you care for is living with diabetes, Gritman Medical Center Clinical Nutrition and Diabetes Care is hosting a free diabetes wellness class.
Gritman hospitalist Kama White, MD, will discuss the history of diabetes treatments, different medications for managing diabetes and the causes of high blood sugars. Dr. White specializes in internal medicine and received her medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine.
