The Co-op is proud to host another session of our new class series, Food and Mood! The first session of the upcoming three-class series will cover the relationship between diet and brain health and amino acids: dietary proteins vital to the production of serotonin and other neurotransmitters in the brain. This course will also explore the relationship between food and mental health treatments, and offer information about increasing protein and amino acid intake for those eating primarily plant-based diets.
