-Getting a business started can be overwhelming. We have put together this workshop to give you some direction and steps of action. Avoid common pitfalls by learning more about the things to consider and steps to take when starting a business as well as gaining insights into the resources available to help with a business start-up or expansion.
Participants will gather details and develop an understanding of:
· How, where and when to access specific business development resources.
· How to avoid wasting their time and resources by exposing some common myths as well as providing tips and tactics to help access and make the best use of available resources.
· The topics covered will include licensing and regulatory, considerations, feasibility, planning, investment and finance, assembling the team.
· Bring your questions as the workshop will be adapted to cover the specific needs, questions and concerns of those present.
