V7 Martial Arts--Moscow's newest business focused on martial arts, athletic education, and active lives-- invites the community to a grand opening celebration from 6:00-7:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 15, at 872 Troy Road, Suite 120, in the Village Mall in eastside Moscow. Guest martial artists will offer training demonstrations and owner-operators Nicolae and Cathy (Harbour) Cury will showcase their state-of-the-art and allergy-free facility and detail the wide variety of programs available to athletes from age four through adult. A reception will follow the presentations. Extensive programming at V7 “V7 is a place for everyone,” says Nicolae Cury. “Our detail-oriented classes in Judo, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Mixed Martial Arts run Monday's through Saturday's. They will focus on safety and the technical and competitive aspects, but also on the psychological and behavioral skills that are important to all aspects of healthy and successful lives.” V7 also offers a Mixed Martial Arts professional team program as well as a special Blind and Visually Impaired program. Limited V7 scholarships are available to applicants.
