This series is a blend of information and cooking instruction. The series will provide demonstrations and instructions on how to cook a variety of regional healthy Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian snacks, entrees and desserts. The series will also touch on Indian culture and the inter-play with Ayurveda medicines that date back 5000 years. Each month will build on the previous month, but can also be taken as an individual class. For this reason, each class is priced individually.
This month you will learn how to make our own Garam Masala, as well as Chola (garbanzos in a spicy tomato gravy), and Carrot Halva (a dessert).
