On Sunday, November 13 from 10:30 to 3:30, author and artist Elizabeth Sloan will lead a writing workshop at Artisans at the Dahmen Barn in Uniontown titled, “How to make your Writing Fly”. Discover inventive devices such as imagination and memory as a means to carry your story. Your challenge, if you decide to accept it, is to glean more information than you think is possible, through investigative methods, as if solving a mystery. The workshop is for adults; no previous writing experience is required. The class fee is $54 with registrations required by Saturday, November 12. Registrations may be made on the class’s event calendar listing at www.artisanbarn.org where a list of items students should bring is posted.
