Idaho@Play - Day of Play

Spring is in the air on the Palouse and the AmeriCorps members who serve at the Palouse-Clearwater Environmental Institute (PCEI) want to help you kick off the season with a bang! This year PCEI will be hosting a Day of Play event for the statewide Idaho@Play program, over in Moscow. Idaho@Play is an initiative that brings AmeriCorps members and community volunteers together to promote play as a way to combat childhood obesity. This day will be all about getting outside and enjoying the day. The event will feature tons of fun activities throughout the day such as ultimate Frisbee, a disc golf course and workshop, family-friendly yoga, soccer, face-painting, fun runs, scavenger hunt, biking, hacky sack, organic snacks, and more! Stop by the farmer's market, grab a lunch, and bring a blanket and your picnic to the Nature Center for a day of fun. The evening will come to a close with music by Simba and Friends.
