Event Description:
Participate in Cascadia grains Inland Northwest Artisan Grains Conference, where you will learn about developing a terroir-based, dryland value-chain for emerging specialty grain markets.
Start off the conference with a Paradise Creek Brewery Welcome Dinner. Dinner will be from Open Range Gourmet Food Truck and Paradise Creek Pours, totaling $45. Must be 21+ to sign up.
Attend educational sessions on Friday, July 12 at the University of Idaho Commons. $65 will include Artisan Grains Breakfast and lunch, and the best of INW Tasting from 5pm - 7pm at the 1912 center. Finish off the evening with an Artisan Grains Dinner at Maialina, which includes a full course meal and two paired beverages.
Finish off the conference with various grain experiences, including a brewing tour, a home brew workshop, and other exciting field trips in various locations!
