Deepen your yoga practice with this program that aims to build the bridge between beginner/Level 1 towards intermediate/level 2 yoga. Led by Farrah Yaspe and assisted by Nancy Burtenshaw and Meggie Cafferty. Five sessions; 2 Tuesdays & 2 Thursday evenings, and 1 Saturday session on 3/8 from 2:30- 5:00 pm.
