The third class in the Introduction to Gut Health series is also being offered as a standalone Introduction to Fermented Foods class. During this class pieces of digestive health will be reviewed such as how our lifestyle choices affect our gut health, but the main focus will be on the probiotic function of fermented foods. This class includes demonstrations and recipes for a variety of fermented foods.
