Friday April 11 6:00-8:30pm
POWER-FULL EFFORT-LESS YOGA 
Class will start with a guided visualization process that will cultivate mindfulness and deep relaxation. The asana will then build to Dynamic and powerful poses while you learn to stay relaxed and light, creating a yoga practice that feels powerful, effortless and filled with joy. 

Saturday April 12 11:30am-2:30pm 
COURAGE TO BE: LEARNING TOGETHER
This Asana class will be a combination of doing individual practice and assisting each other in poses.  Jonathan will create a safe container for students to learn and practice simple and safe assists (no  experience necessary). Gently be assisted and supported in going deeper into poses than you can  go on your own as well as gently assisting another - opening up a doorway to deeper knowledge and understanding for another and yourself.

Saturday April 12 4:30-7:00pm
YOGA FOR MEN
This is an opportunity to work in a yoga class specifically designed for men’s bodies and challenges. Men’s yoga is taught in a clear, no nonsense style with detailed personal instruction to help you understand and gain the benefits of yoga. Regardless of your experience, flexibility, skills or limitations, the men’s yoga class will give you the information and tools to deepen your knowledge of yoga.

MEDITATION AND YOGA
This class will begin with Satsang, meditation instruction, chanting and meditation practice. Meditation is the practice of turning our attention inward, perceiving who we are; The Mysterious Sacred. Asana practice is how we manifest the Sacred. Back bends are a fantastic way to manifest opening the front of our bodies and our hearts.

JONATHAN BOWRA: 
Jonathan has practiced yoga and meditation since 1979 and taught yoga since 1997. For close to a decade, he was Ana Forrest’s key teaching assistant traveling across the country and abroad giving workshops and teacher trainings. Depth and maturity describe Jonathan’s extensive personal practice and teaching experience in both yoga and meditation. Jonathan has a deep respect for each student’s needs and inherent wisdom. Awakening & cultivating a student’s inner teacher both on (and off the mat) create poses (and life) that is balanced and from a deep connectedness to the moment. Jonathan’s teaching plays the vast range between what is gentle, playful & joyful to that which is powerful and dynamic. Jonathan has also lived in Zen centers across the country for 13 years under the guidance of Zen Master Seung Sahn, founder of the Kwan Um School of Zen, and his senior teachers.
