Objects In Mirror Are Closer Than They Appear is the sixth and final book in Ovenbird Press's ?Judith Kitchen Select? series of innovative literary nonfiction. The collection of essays considers the author's sexuality, gender presentation, and the end of her marriage. Kate Carroll de Gutes is a wry observer and writer with an MFA in creative writing from the Rainier Writing Workshop at Pacific Lutheran University.
