Event Description:
Based on the life experiences of its writers and performers?all high school students from Washington communities?this inspirational performance is the result of teens using the creative process to discover and articulate their historical and cultural identities. The students in WSU's Performance as Education program have been nurtured through the writing process by a team of theatre personnel, educators, and counselors to produce top-quality, original theatre for the state. The outcome is a production that is grassroots and professional.
