From a history of intense athletics and weightlifting, including years of football and body building, pushing the body and strength are a SURE part of Sean's yoga practice and teaching.  however, through yoga Sean has learned to maintain these natural masculine qualities while balancing them with body awareness, flexibility, and playfulness.
