Join Mayor Lambert and City of Moscow Parks & Recreation for the grand opening of the newest addition to the Moscow parks system: Morgan’s Orchard Park. The official celebration begins at 5:30pm with a ribbon cutting from Mayor Lambert, as well as light refreshments. This event is free and open to the public.
