Opportunities Unlimited, Inc. Thrift Store opens at 10 a.m. and will be offering a Grand Opening Sale all day long! 5:00 p.m. is when the party starts as we celebrate the opening of the Thrift Store with an official Ribbon Cutting! Refreshments and local beverages provided by Rants and Raves and Colter's Creek Winery.
There will be a free raffle for one of their handmade signs to be drawn during the after hours. There will also be $5 raffle tickets for a handmade bench that will be available from the 21st through the 24th. The drawing will be held at 9 a.m. on Monday the 26th. Attend the grand opening and receive 15% off your total purchase, and 20% if you are a Senior as Wednesdays are always Senior Discount day.
Opportunities Unlimited, Inc. is an Idaho based non-profit agency serving adults and children with disabilities through Vocational & Developmental services. In an effort to provide the best job training OUI opened a Thrift Store in Lewiston a few years back and it has become a successful way to teach retail job skills and also serve the community of Lewiston, Idaho. They wanted to bring that to Moscow as a way to serve this community as well. They are so excited to share their handmade items (made by OUI participants) and great store deals with the community of Moscow while teaching valuable job skills to those with developmental disabilities.
