Bicycle Benefits: The Moscow Farmers Market now offers a Bicycle Benefits incentive. Shoppers may purchase a Bicycle Benefit sticker for $5 at the Information Tent. Bike to the Market each week to receive an incentive. Show the sticker on your helmet to City Staff at the Information Tent and earn a $2 wooden token. Tokens may be used to purchase from Market Vendors. 

Programming: 

Live Performances. The Moscow Farmers Market hosts nearly four dozen scheduled concerts in Friendship Square each year, and features many talented local entertainers. The featured entertainment this Saturday is:
(9:00am – 10:00am) National Farmers Market Week Celebration
(10:30am – 12:30pm) Jon and Rand

City of Moscow Commissions. Citizen based City Commissions will be featured at the Market throughout the season to share information on any special programs. This week will feature the Human Rights Commission with the Great Moscow Food Drive. Donations of non-perishable food and household and toiletry items will benefit the Moscow Food Bank. Donations of cash and checks, made to the Latah County Human Rights Task Force, will benefit the Moscow Food Bank and the Summer Weekend Backpack for Kids, a project that provides weekend food packs for children.

Celebrate National Farmers Market week with the Moscow Farmers Market! Don't miss the mystery surprise guest opening the Market with the Bell Brigade and then enter into a drawing for great prizes by stopping by the City of Moscow booth before 8:50am. Winners from the drawing will be announced at 9:30am, must be present to win. The kick off to National Farmers Market Week begins in Friendship Square at 9:00am with fun events and yummy treats.

Chess At the Market. Vandal Chess Club will have table games and a large set with 25" pieces ready for play. Test your skills or learn a new one. 

Bell Brigade. Bell Brigade provides an opportunity for local youth groups, clubs, and organizations to ring the opening and closing market bells. Groups performing this community service are eligible to host an information tent at the market the day they participate in the Bell Brigade. For more information or to sign up for Bell Brigade, contact the Community Events Division at 208-883-7233 or farmersmarket@ci.moscow.id.us. This week's Bell Brigade will feature the 4-H Palouse Area Robotics Team.

The Moscow Farmers Market loves all furry companions, but only Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) service animals are permitted in the main thoroughfare with their owners. Emotional support animals are not covered by the ADA and are not permitted in the main thoroughfare with their owners. For health and safety reasons, we ask that all pets and non-ADA service animals limit their visit to the Market and if need be may utilize the pet-friendly sidewalks adjacent to Main Street and Fifth Street.

The Moscow Farmers Market is a nicotine-free event. No vaping, tobacco chewing, or traditional smoking is permitted.
