Enjoy gorgeous jewelry, science, food samples, a gallery talk, and other wonderful events at November’s
Moscow First Thursday from
5 - 8 p.m., November 5. Get your passport stamped at 4 or more participating locations and then drop it off at Essential Art Gallery & Fine Gifts—this month’s host—to be entered into their drawing at
8 p.m. for one of
Christoph Poly's architecturally-inspired necklaces.
· Essential Art Gallery & Fine Gifts will feature, and offer 10% discounts on,
one of their top-selling jewelry artists from Quebec, Christoph Poly. Thursday evening will also kick off the return of the popular "Wish List for Santa.” Each visitor who completes their Wish List in the gallery, will be given an extra ticket to enter into the drawing for the Poly necklace.
· One World Cafe will hold an art opening, with a reception from
7:30-9:30, featuring local artists with mixed media.
· Palouse-Clearwater Environmental Institute (PCEI) will offer an evening of Science After Hours titled "nitrogen and society.”
· The Prichard Art Gallery will host an artists gallery talk starting at 6:30 pm, and sponsored by the University of Idaho Retirees Association.
· Moscow Food Co-op will hold Tasteful
Thursday, with sights, sounds, and tastes of the holiday season. They will have local vendors in the store, and departments will be sampling out their seasonal specials. Plus, live local music, chair massage, and an opportunity to donate to the local food banks in exchange for beautiful Henna art.
· Mikey’s Gyros will host trivia night
· Wild at Art will offer a buy-one / get-one-half-off date night special
