Event Description:
The Moscow Food Co-op’s Annual Meeting will be held from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m., Sunday, April 9 in the 1912 Center's Great Room, 412 East Third Street in Moscow. The Board will present the 2016 Annual Report on the Co-op’s accomplishments, financial activity, and future goals. Steve Peterson, economics professor from the University of Idaho, will give a keynote speech on the Co-op's role in our local economy.
The meeting with begin with a Pie Party provided by the Moscow Food Co-op. There will also be a fun spring children’s craft activity available. To ensure plenty of food and space for everyone, please RSVP to boardadmin@moscowfood.coop.
The Annual Meeting is an important part of the Co-op’s relationship with its owners, who democratically govern the store through the Board of Directors. Voting to approve the Co-op’s new bylaws will take place electronically, beginning at 7 a.m. April 8 and ending at 9 p.m. April 16.
