Moscow Winter Carnival

Kick off the 2018 holiday season at Moscow's Winter Carnival! Festivities begin at 4:00pm with a variety of family-friendly activities to help you get in the holiday spirit, all leading up to the grand finale - the lighting of the Winter Wonderland Tree, immediately followed by the light Up The Night Parade! The parade begins promptly at 6:00pm and everyone is invited to come out and watch this fantastic display of lights . . . Santa Claus has even agreed to fly in for the event!
