Event Description:
The Officer Newbill Kids' Safety Fair represents what is great about Moscow, bringing together local businesses, community organizations and local government departments to promote the health and safety of local children. Services provided include distribution of child identification kits, education on bike safety, water safety tips, and child car seats inspections.
