The Panda Express in Moscow, Idaho will be giving 20% of their proceeds to the Humane Society of the Palouse. Specifically, the money they receive will go to the Merlin Fund, which is a fund for animals that need life saving surgeries. You must show the flyer at time of purchase, either printed or on a smartphone.
