A 6-part series on Physical Activity, Exercise, and Family Health taught by Dr. Christopher Connolly, Kinesiology Professor and Director of the WSU Exercise Physiology & Performance Laboratory.

Many individuals are not aware that regular physical activity can have a preventative effect against most common illnesses.  In this class, they will discuss the findings with respect to exercise and family illness, and discuss how exercise regimens can be undertaken in the seasons when sickness is most prevalent.  Fortify your home with exercise!
