Palouse Watercolor Socius is sponsoring an intermediate watercolor workshop open to the public to be taught by Bobbi Kelly. Bobbi, a member of the Palouse Watercolor Socius and a former art teacher, has taught the popular beginning workshop for several years. Space is limited and early registration is recommended; the registration form can be found on PWS' website (see calendar section).
