This year's Palouse-Clearwater Food Summit 4.0 will culminate at BookPeople, with a reception hosted by the Moscow Food Coop and featuring Carol Peppe Hewitt, author of Financing our Foodshed: Growing Local Food with Slow Money. Hewitt's book will be on sale, as will others highlighted during the summit. Light refreshments will be provided, and all are welcome.
