At our 2017 Regional Economic Forecast, we’ll be featuring the always “entertaining” economists, John Mitchell of M&H Economic Consultants as well as Grant Forsyth of the Avista Corporation. We’ll also be looking at how Idaho and Washington are preparing for economic growth with insights from Anne Nelson, Director of Rural Business Development at the Washington Department of Commerce and Jake Reynolds, Business Retention and Expansion Manager with Idaho Commerce. Joining us to discuss labor trends in the Inland Northwest will be regional economists Doug Tweedy from the Washington State Employment Security Department and Sam Wolkenhauer of the Idaho Department of Labor.
 
Finally, we’ll be highlighting some of the great successes and economic development efforts underway in the region including from our partners at Valley Vision, City of Liberty Lake, Coeur d’Alene EDC and the Adams County EDC.
