Transitions Restorative Yoga with Kristine Petterson Saturday, August 29th 11:00-1:30pm 75 minutes is just never enough! So, for those of you who?ve been hoping for more, here is a two and a half hour rest for your body and mind! Restorative yoga provides countless benefits. By giving practitioners tools for supporting yoga poses so that they can be held from 3-15 minutes the body can really soak in the healing and deeply rest. Kristine provides modifications to provide support for all bodies and conditions, plus simple meditations to keep you mindful and at ease.
