Science Pub: Fungi

Sip your favorite brew, as you learn a thing...or two. Science Pub is an opportunity to enjoy learning about science in an informal atmosphere. No scientific background necessary! Just bring your curiosity and a thirst to learn! Science Pub is brought to you by the Palouse Discovery Science Center and is held at Paradise Creek Brewery. This month's topic is Fungi. Speakers will include Zachary Frederick and Frank Dugan. They will be discussing growing edible mushrooms, famous fungi throughout history, and how to preserve mushrooms in wine.
