What Spark is: Monthly Free Presentations/Discussions on Intriguing Topics for High School Students.
Spark #2 will feature Jay Feldman and Luisa Graden exploring topics relating to the pursuit of happiness. Jay Feldman taught Buddhism and critical thinking at University of Idaho, where he encouraged students to consider the big questions in their lives. Luisa is a seeker and a student at Yale University where she has taken a course in "happiness studies" and spent a lot of time reflecting on the subject.
All high school students welcome (this would be great for seniors about to embark on new adventures).
