Spring Wellness Program Starting 4/2 for 5 Thursdays in April. Instructed by Emily Potter, a clinical nutritionist, holistic health counselor and founder of NourishMint Wellness. In this 5 week program you can expect to radically improve your health and happiness by correcting imbalances and chronic issues, incorporating new and exciting foods into your diet, and making positive lifestyle changes that are supportive to the way you really want to live in order to thrive.
