Summer Music Camps
Event Description:
CONTINUING STUDENTS: Continuing your lesson study in the summer will keep your skills fresh, and your motivation high. Weekly
teaching schedules remain the same through June, July, and August (see School Policies for summer make-up schedules).
NEW STUDENT ACTIVITIES: Summer is a great time to try a new instrument! Students can decide if they want to continue with
regular weekly lessons through summer and into the Fall, and get a jump-start on learning.

PIANO SUMMER FUN CAMP - AGES 4-6 & 7-10 $120 (Limited to 6 campers):
Introduce your budding Beethoven to the wonders of playing the piano. We will focus on basic piano techniques, rhythm, listening
skills, exploration and creativity. There will be a fun short concert from your pianists on the final day of class. One week camps, 60
minutes each day, Monday through Friday. Piano 1: Ages 4-6 from 1 - 2pm. Piano 2: Ages 7-10 from 2-3pm Mon. - Fri.
DRUMMING SUMMER FUN CAMP - AGES 6-12 $120 (Limited to 6 campers):
Learn all about world culture in our drum cave through the world of bucket drumming. Learn the basics of drumming from many
cultures including; Africa, Brazil and Cuba. Learn rhythms, basic techniques and much, much more. Fun short performance at last the
class. One week camp, 60 minutes each day, Monday through Friday.
GUITAR & UKULELE SUMMER FUN CAMP - AGES 7-12 $120 (Limited to 6 campers each instrument):
Does your child want to learn to play the guitar or ukulele? Then we have the class for you! We will focus on tuning, strumming,
playing notes, rhythm and basic chords that will have your little guitarist and uker playing a tune by the end of this class. The camp
will conclude with a short performance at the last class. One week camp, 60 minutes each day, Monday through Friday.
ROCK BAND SUMMER FUN CAMP - AGES 7-12 $120 (Limited to 6 campers)
For students with 6 months or more private lesson experience on guitar, bass, drums, or piano. Learning to play together as a team,
mastering your part, reading charts and putting it all together to showcase for family and friends the last day of class. One week
class, 60 minutes each day, Monday through Friday.
Private Lessons - ages 5 and up, all levels, all styles:
Piano, Guitar, Electric Guitar, Electric Bass, Drums, Ukulele, Violin and Saxophone. Choose your schedule based on availability.
