Awaken your Spirit Restorative Yoga with Singing Bowls
Led by: Alesha McCully, RYT 500 & Debbie Miller, Certified Sound & Vibration Healer
$20 advance/$25 at the door

Summer Solstice Chants for Bliss, Part 1
7:30-9 p.m.
(Part 2 Solstice in the Cedars: Saturday, 6-21 at 4 p.m. at Idler's Rest, in the middle of the cedar grove)
Playful. uplifting, and meditative Kirtan experience led by April Rubino, joined by Alesha McCully on Tambura and Debbie Miller on Singing Bowls. All voices are welcome, both sound and silence are appropriate, and light percussion will be available to play (with). Suggested love offering: $10-15 with no one turned away for lack of funds.
