Therapeutic Yoga April 12th and 26th 2 Sunday sessions 2:00-3:15 & 4:00-5:15 $15 No passes 12 students max Led by Esther Louie RYT & Therapeutics If you have limited mobility, flexibility, and or limited physical movement because of body aches and pains, past injuries, body tightness (spine, knee, hip for example) and/or stiffness or chronic illness, therapeutic yoga may be for you.
