Tone and Stretch is designed to target your core muscles, with elements of yoga and Pilates included to increase flexibility and strength. Tone and Stretch will keep you moving and help you continue to live a healthy, active lifestyle - and will make a difference in the physical and mental you!
We recommend bringing an exercise or yoga mat to class; light hand weights are optional.
