The University of Idaho Alumni Chapters of Eastern Washington and Kootenai County cordially invite you to join us for the Davenport Holiday Dinner featuring our special guests, the University Idaho Vandaleers. Join us for an evening of fun, laughs and Vandal pride at the Historic Davenport.

Braised boneless beef short ribs with roasted garlic Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, red wine sauce and fresh seasonal vegetables.
Open-faced portobello & sweet potato veggie burger with a Kalamata-carmelized onion Pomodoro sauce, grape tomato and caper relish and basil emulsion (vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free)
All meals will be served a fresh Caesar salad with hearts of romaine, shaved Parmigiano Reggiano garlic croutons, lemon and the housemade Caesar dressing, as well as, a Washington Apple crisp for dessert.
