VITA is a free tax preparation service for low income individuals. This includes students, but is open to anyone thorughout the community that could benefit from this service. VITA is a service created by the IRS and organized through the law school at the University of Idaho. To participate, bring all tax documents, such as W-2 and 1099 forms, as well as a valid social security card.
