Inglea is a Certified Senior Iyengar Yoga instructor and Director of Yoga Northwest in Bellingham, WA. She ahs been passionately studying and exploring all the wonderful gifts of Yoga and loves to share her experiences and insights with simple clarity and lighthearted guidance; weaving yoga philosophy into the practice of asanas and daily living.
