The Palouse Environmental Sustainability Coalition is sponsoring an art contest, encouraging students in grades K-12 to consider "what does water mean to you?" Submissions will be displayed at the 1912 Center through the holiday season. Cash prizes will be awarded in various categories, sponsored by the Latah County Historical Society in conjunction with the arrival of the traveling exhibit Water/Ways in December.
